If your website is showing something that it's not supposed to (like porn or asking for someone's banking details), this is considered an emergency.
1) Call (424)999-5285 and leave a voicemail
2) Add a support ticket and explain the nature of the problem.
I try my best to handle emergencies in a very quick fashion.
Please note that if your website has been hacked, it may be necessary to charge you for the time it takes to repair it and to add additional security to avoid the same situation happening again in the future.
If you use the WebMaestra theme, or use a good hosting company who has a good backup, the time to repair will be minimal.
If your website does not use the WebMaestra theme, or your hosting company does not have a clean copy of your site as a backup readily available, the cost to repair begins at $150/hr.
